Isabel V. Davis is admitted to practice in both Arizona and Ontario, Canada. She received an Honors degree from the University of Western Ontario, Canada in Political Science and Writing, and subsequently graduated from the UWO Faculty of Law in 2003.

While in law school, Ms. Davis received the David C. Scott Memorial award for strong academic performance, and her contributions to the Faculty of Law and the London, Ontario communities. Ms. Davis additionally headed the Obiter Dicta law review committee, captained the faculty of law's ultimate frisbee team, "DISClosure", and volunteered regularly with the pro bono mediation program.

After graduating from law school, Ms. Davis passed the Ontario bar exam and subsequently interned at Cassels Brock & Blackwell, one of Toronto's premier, full-service law firms. After completing the mandatory ten months of internship at Cassels Brock and fulfilling all practice requirements in Ontario, Ms. Davis moved to Scottsdale, Arizona.

Since her arrival, Ms. Davis has worked both as a business law firm associate and Director of Legal Affairs to a large, Phoenix-based internet marketing company. Ms. Davis represents businesses and individuals in corporate and franchise transactions, as well as corporate compliance matters.
