Donald G. Yearin is an Arizona native and graduated from the Arizona State University Business School in 1986 and the University of Arizona College of Law in 1990.  He has actively practiced in Arizona during the past 19 years.

In addition to his extensive experience in real estate related matters, Don's practice and expertise has focused on representing accident and injury victims.  He has successfully obtained numerous large awards and verdicts on behalf of his clients which include the following.

• $7,200,000.00 against a commercial trucking company;
• $5,000,000.00 against a tire retailer;
• $2,100,000.00 in an insurance bad faith case;
• $2,000,000.00 against an automobile manufacturer;
• $1,000,000.00 and $750,000.00 against nursing homes;
• Numerous other trial verdicts and recoveries in the six-figure range.

Don has also specialized in cases involving real estate, construction and development.  Having personally owned and operated real estate brokerage, construction, and development companies, he has the practical operational knowledge as we all the legal experience to successfully pursue and defend these matters.  He has represented and defended real estate agents, developers, contractors, appraisers, engineers, land planners and consumers in a variety of real estate related matters, including litigation, and this continues to be a focus of his practice.

Based on current real estate market conditions, Don has made substantial efforts to stay abreast of swiftly changing laws, practices, and procedures relating to real estate foreclosures and represents several clients in matters involving loan modification and work out agreements, short sales, deficiency  judgments and other foreclosure related matters.
